At Garden World, we believe it is our hard-working, plant passionate, dedicated employees that help make your experience worthwhile and enjoyable. Allow us to introduce ourselves:

Desiree: Manager
Desiree is a horticulturist with her degree in Horticulture and Botany from Oregon State University. She takes care of employees and customers here at Garden World on a daily basis, as well as overseeing operations of the nursery. She also does the ordering and photography around the nursery. Please let her know if you have a plant question or a special request!

Mardee: Sales & Service
Mardee comes from a family of nurserymen. Destined to become one herself, she graduated from Oregon State University with her degree in Horticulture. She established her own small nursery in 1980, and still continues with that venture. Her friendly attitude and vast plant knowledge make her an asset to our nursery. Mardee takes care of our displays and performs various other operational duties. She is also available to help you with expert advice in a FREE half hour consultation.

Jorge: Driver & Operations Lead
Jorge works hard stocking plants, loading orders, and delivering to our customers. He also takes care of irrigation, quality assurance, and other operational duties around the nursery. He is native to Hubbard, Oregon and is always available to help you with a smile on his face!

Antonio: Field Operations
Antonio is always busy pulling orders, stocking plants, or loading customers. He also takes care of a lot of pruning, fertilizing, and general plant up keep projects. He's always ready to help his fellow employees with any project with a smile. Luckily for some of our customers, he also has a special knack for loading big trees into small vehicles!
